Ayla Moreno is six years old and a first grade student who loves music, dancing, gymnastics, science, and drawing. She started playing piano and violin at the age of 3 and currently study piano with Dr. Svetlana Arakelova and violin with Dr. Laura Tagawa.
She has been invited to perform at various venues in Tucson and Japan including Tucson Annual Japanese Festival, Tucson Museum of Art, churches and more.
At the age of 5, she won First Place at the Merit Scholarship Competition of the Tucson Music Teachers Association and a Medal at the Arizona State Competition.
This year, she won First Place in the Junior Piano Division of the Civic Orchestra of Tucson’s Young Artists’ Competition and earned Judge’s Honorable Commendation with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
